Nytol One A Night Tablets 50mg

Nytol One A Night Tablets 50mg

Nytol One-A-Night 50mg tablets contain a commonly used antihistamine called diphenhydramine hydrochloride. It works by blocking the normal actions of histamine, the chemical that stimulates the arousal-promoting areas of the brain. This helps reduce alertness and promote that first drowsy stage of sleep.

Sleep medicines that are available over the counter such as Nytol (Diphenhydramine) are used to treat occasional sleeplessness. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days speak to your pharmacist or GP, as insomnia may be a sign of serious underlying medical illness.
